Rish we have been down this road with TD many times over past years. Not only do the moderators regard TD as a protected species, the general consensus on HC is to ignore. Having said that, if i remember rightly, i think TD recently fessed up to holding AVQ, I'm not 100% certain but i am 100% certain that someone will correct me if i am wrong. As far as the case in concerned on an outright win for AVQ an appeal from SMM was to be expected. Anyone who thought for a second that SMM would simply walk away quietly was sadly mistaken. If they don't appeal they are basically agreeing with everything the judge had to say. At least with by appealing they can maintain some level of face. Once the appeal is thrown out the SP will once again shoot up, day traders will have a few nice trading days and things will settle once again. Everything is full steam ahead with AVQ, us long tremors are used to being patient. We have waited this long, another little while won't break the banks.
