Because it might get oversold eventually. had you bought into WHC when it was $1.23 AUD, you would still have plenty of time to get out.
$1.23 might be a good buy depending on what happens between then and now.
Personally I would not buy an EY audited stock if I had a choice of stocks like WHC based on the Aishwarya Venkatachalam scandal and the Star Entertainment Group EY Megan Wilson audited infamy but that is my personal choice.
