A bit off topic but barge shortage in Indo is real. Cokal (CKA) has coal stockpiled at river port and mine site for 8 months and cannot get on barge. The reason is increased production.
My inlaws load the ships at Taboneo South Kalimantan and cannot get a day off. They use huge floating canes and ship cranes and there is a severe skills shortage.
