I think the company has spent well. The 50% rule has been prudent. Remember when share price was 10, and people were questioning the speed of the buyback? As the price came back the buyback accelerated, but the coal price also fell. I think this is the known unknown now. I certainly didn't think it would fall as much as it has- the coal price.
