We also could revert to 1 vote per shareholders not per share to prevent small number of greenies dictating the majority.
Some brain arse trader, claimed that wouldn’t work because they would simply distribute 1 vote to each person….simply bring in a rule that ur denied a vote unless u have a marketable parcel.
I could come up with a number of suggests to overcome a poorly written Corp Act, that is intentionally been written to favour the top end of town.
This a Public company not supposed to be a company that works more like a Proprietary Company!
