I’m a greenie in respect of seeing changes to the Corp Act…not all aspects the environment.
Detest the flaw in poll voting system which afforded Mike Cannon-Brookes dictatorial powers.
The sharemarket started off 1 vote per 1 holder for a public company … a capitalist concept that u refer as a Marxist idea.
I hope u also have the same perception of childcare centre’s.
Even the latest changes to the Corp Act on Electronic documentation never made any protection for the majority of shareholders who wish to attend in person.
These people basically rely on the kindness of the BOD to hold a hybrid meeting.
