VCR is in a descending triangle (or wedge) with 2.47 - 2.53 as its base. I think you are refering to a pennant or an equilateral triangle, which has lower highs and higher lows that form the edges of the pennant. I don't see higher lows in this VCR pattern - just lower highs.
