I would have thought KAH holdings were the loose end. If you can't control that you can't control EXT. I am pretty sure they knew ASIC will not make an exception for downstream offer.
I am waiting to see if indeed RIO is bidding for EXT or some collusion with a JV with the Chinese thereby robbing us of true value for the sale.
