OK thanks @Lumia920 that would be good, gives Tanzania some value add exposure, reduces raw graphite shipping cost but still gives Germany (or whoever) some part in the next stage of the value add chain.
SP rise & volume suggests something may actually happens this time around. TLG on the same continent but tied up by nimby's so maybe EGR will get a head start even with the Tanzania sovereign risk factor. Lets hope so. .
