the price war has been going on for more than 18 months ..and QAN has Survived and maintained its market share at a cost...but so did Virgin...if the price war continues, QAN will still survive as their cost will be lower for future income years with the more efficient new fleet and lower maintaining cost.
QAN CEO made it a big deal to create attention to this matter, you don’t want your competitors to get away with it easily. Even this means a short term lower share price...
