I dont know how long you have been at QF.
But if you do work there you should know that QF has been restructuring, downsizing, outsourcing etc etc since 1994.
You cant blame a loss like this on the staff who have been subjected to redundancy and cost cutting for over a decade.
This loss and all the other recent losses are due to poor management, plain and simple.
Start cutting at the top for a change, get rid of the CEOs and BOD only then will QF turnaround.
Before Jetstar the orange cancer was born QF was making $1 billion dollar profits. That was under GD, since AJ took over QF has been a train wreck.
Its well and truely time for a change at the top !
Dont forget AJ was involved in the Ansett collapse !
GLTA ur gonna need it !
