"Bull Flag" patterns occur in an UPTREND in a stock. They are really CONTINUATION signals that the stock will keep trending higher.
QAN has been in a DOWN trend ... what we are looking for is a REVERSAL signal, one that shows the down trend is over ant that the SP is turning upwards.
Current QAN has formed an INVERSE (or upside down) Head & Shoulder pattern, this forms at the bottom of the downtrend and signals a change in sentiment and reversal of the SP .... for more info you can go to this site.....
