    In the materials testing game myself and if any samples have been delivered this month(DEC) then its customary and good business to finalise everything before Christmas break.
    The slightly upwards pressure on the stock price means announcement is due soon.
    Nobody but a kamakazi pilot would deliver samples that will fail the testing required, IN House maybe as you experiment but definitely no duds are sent away.
    Hold tight as its company making time very very soon.
    Or Not....
