$10mil consultancy fees were for the all the capital raising and Mashala acquisition. CCC raised more than $100mil in capital in 10-11+mashala aquisition+EDF offtake/financing facility....the broker/agent normally charge about 6-8% fee for capital raising. Not cheap, but can be explained....
