I suppose it's hard to be positive when BHP lurches from PR disaster to another. They need to hang out the dirty linen and then make those accountable for soiling it. The off-shore accounts scandal isn't in itself a defining moment but it does indicate a deterioration of corporate culture at the very top of the food chain. Global growth or not BHP is showing it's more vulnerable to poor judgement and poor press than lower price commodities, investors are loosing faith and wary of what more can come from this ONCE proud Aussie company.
