Do the sums Chakay.....even if we go big and do 2 plants at once...it doesn't change the SP target much whether it is debt or partial raise. Have posted those sums before. The money required compared to the MC implied.....a no brainer for the soph's (always there in any market for the right price) or the banks (who love contract based business).
Really not a point of debate....now can we get the contracts? (the only issue now imo) before being taken out for the tech.
