Do some research i would suggest as the areas myself and sector talk about are offering great yearly returns with a huge amount of infrastructure on the way. The ultimate goal is what?(To make a wise decision and buy at the right time?)
Does not matter if your a bull or bear there has to be a time when you drop the sediment and make some cash or for the bulls sell up..I suggest get R P DATA and have a look at the fantastic returns had... If i was a bear i would be gutted with the large gains that has been had by those that understand the elements that drive a market up....

Certain area's may be overpriced ATM agree there no doubting that but listings are still getting snapped fast...

Im either bull or bear just a savy investor with my eyes and ears open...
