    JHC were $3.50 a few years ago, and by Sept 2018 was $1.70 , and currently at new low .91c.

    I antipate there will the usual litany of excuses when the half year results are anounced end of Feb - occupancy rates down (again), costs blowout re refurbishment, higher than CPI wage costs and unexpected additional costs re Royal Commission.

    Bad management will not be one of the excuses.
