Well, I guess Mr. Market is just telling us that he thinks the chances for DOW to get by April 18th back above the 5.95 are remote. He is not always right, but ignore him at your peril.
Our Board destroyed a huge amount of our money with their proposal to buy not just a lemon but to pay a huge premium for it ... and even if they now would withdrew their proposal - the market now knows what risk this board is to our company.
