Below the surface and not privy to us minority investors are probably robust discussions between the three major parties, KAH, EXT board & RIO. On the surface it would seem that KAH has the upper hand having had the vote favoring the CR but as the company warned that this is not a done deal, I am trying to prepare for the short term scenario should the partnership collapsed.
I don't think they will be a price collapse because it has the other more 'expensive' option of going it alone without the cost savings of the 'synergies'. With the price of U now determined by how insecure the sovereign nations are of secured supply, I am optimistic that raising finance is not going to be a difficult issue.
