Is "Sounds like they have come across some problems regarding hook up to the pipeline" an assumption or do you have a source/backing for that statement?
Yes they are probably going to be taxed a little high, but I don't know how they will agree with Orica on the % to be allocated towards what the government buy cheaply, and what can be allocated to industy (contract amounts).
I know from their reports and Orica's that the goverment buys a set amount at a set price, but with increased production running through, they may apportion based on contribution by each of the companies gas to the mainland (least I hope that is what will happen). So there should still be some cash-flow coming in. Which I think would help things along.
Drilling will always take a while. But aminex as main partner would have some pulling power getting rigs in place etc.
