Doxa has increased its oil and gas interests in the eagle ford shale.
It has a 15% working interest in the epley project (640 acres)Mcmullen county operated by San Isidro development company.
It has also agreed to sell a portion of a 1032 acre lease block in the edwards trend,which should close later this month.
