    Perhaps if the board offered any existing shareholders a similar deal it might be more palatable. I agree with BRR that the options part seems way way over the top. It's a better deal than even GEM are getting by far. We can vote against it, but will there be enough who will?

    It's all rather depressing. $0.015 here we come?
