of the oppies he is getting, they don't need to be exercisable at the ridiculously low price of 1.8 cents - simple

and he otherwise has shown no entitlement to retrospectively receive free oppies for all his previous subsciptions - that wasn't the deal he made back whenever, so it shouldn't be the deal now - simple

doyle is no white knight for this company, he is just someone who has got the jump on every other shareholder, receiving terms that are down-right scandalous from a Board that has bent to his requests - simple

lastly, we have GEM and their 20 odd million bucks - so just to reiterate - we therefore do not need doyle's money - simple

as for an action group - i whol heartedly support this idea - but i have already provided my schedule and informed everyone here that i am unavailable to be of any effective use until at least April - you are more than welcome to start the wheels turning on this idea, particularly as you raised it, and where i can with the limited time i presently have available, i will assist you - but until April please do not seek to draw me in or for that matter, deride me because i am not waving your banner for you - i am committed but currently can do very little
