Hopefully they are currently also leaving our register (as a short) as I have a strong suspicion that may have been the motivation of the article - he does bring up some valid questions which will need to be addressed by the company in its strategic review but you don't write an article stating a company is breaching its funding conditions and then in the next paragraph state you havnt actually seen the conditions - if you did that on here you would be moderated immediately for unsubstantiated information. So IMO there is another motivation here and that is either a personal vendetta against DP or helping his old boss out of a short.
