    It may well have to do with the Typhoon that went through Beibu to Vietnam yesterday. Horizon Oil also dropped today...probably due to joint involvement in Beibu....But checking the chart tonight by the time it got to Beibu it was a 'tropical storm' category rather than Typhoon. This will result in a stop work but not damage to the rig...If other have any info on this please post...In my opinion a buying opportunity on both HZN and ROC
