First I must say I always appreciate your posts.
I do believe, however, that no drilling has taken place in DR11 to date.
My understanding is that the permit to drill was extended on 07/01, ie nothing has been done to date and all that happened was the date of expiry of the permit was pushed out. I think discovery of hydrocarbons would have warranted a price sensitive announcement at the least.
"A drill stem test (DST) is a procedure for isolating and testing the pressure, permeability and productive capacity of a geological formation during the drilling of a well. The test is an important measurement of pressure behaviour at the drill stem and is a valuable way of obtaining information on the formation fluid and establishing whether a well has found a commercial hydrocarbon reservoir."
I can't copy/paste from the 07/01 announcement for some reason, but read the 3rd to last paragraph on the first page :

I think this is what the DST entails.
I may have it wrong and welcome anything else you can point out to support your conclusion.
