Biota did not even advised the market when they changed lawyers. I only heard about it only when they announced the 20 mill settlement. Lot of the posters on HC saw the evidences assembled by Biota and those from GSK's defence. Can't work out how the second set of lawyers advise on the same evidence a 180 degree turnaround on the potential success of the case.
The sell off in the market is pretty clear on what they think of Cook and his clan.
