PB has left her job at Pfizer where she's been over 8 years and in an exec position for this opportunity. She's probably also moved to Aus/US to make this happen. This isn't a player like RV who floats around dabbling here and there, she's sticky. Like McGregor who has at Nanosonics for 12 years.
There would be a very clear understanding with the board that, barring any major unforeseen event, the role is interim in name only.
