    HI HARVETT.
    Are you in effect saying that SUN was contracted to receive $10m for his patents but only got $1m from sbn? This is all new to me, can you expand on this? It is my understanding that Sun was happy to come to the party and accept $500cash and $500 shares as full and final payment for the patents??
    Plus can you explain the circumstances of the $2m plus loan that sbn are calling in from sbl? Not that I can see sbl with any assets.

    Sounds like this would be a great script for the 'bold and beautiful' !!!
