I'd love to see a European trial if the money is there. It's been awhile, maybe a year, since I've heard Wayne mention it.
This is the first I've heard of valves pinwheeling but it's essentially the leaflets undergoing a rotational deformation when they close, which can affect durability as Dr Meduri stated. Here's a study done on the issue with some good illustrations of the pinwheeling:
