Whilst I agree with the initial customer focus being on Telehealth, (which is big in the states), there is a very large market for consumers here, specifically those which pre-dispositions to respiratory issues, i.e. smokers, city dwellers etc. P.s. if it can be proven to detect lung cancer consumers will use it regularly thereby generating an income stream.

To withhold this app from the consumer will be a huge mistake and will result in competition moving into this sector and eventually wiping out the RESAPP marketshare. Assuming the FDA passes it, there is no reason why you cant allow the consumer to download it after it has been in telehealth for a period of time to get any kinks out.
