I think that the handful of established Universities in NZ and Australia are very decent. I was at Otago University doing a Doctoral study in Chemistry. One of our leading academics, a physical chemist, was on the Nobel prize judging panel. He trained in Australia, in Perth (U of WA) I think. There is a hell of a lot of good research being done in the Antipodes, a lot of it world leading. I have friends wh travel constantly , invited to present their research in all sorts of fields, both in the physical and social sciences. Medical schools are really very good. Otago University had a fantastic medical school, and I would imagine UQ is not far behind at the very least. There is a lot of very good scientiifc research and field testing behind this app, sets it apart from most other apps
