He has had very good timing with other share purchases in the past, and I would not be surprised to see a upward movement in DYL now. Maybe PDN will top up. They recently stated they are about to go shopping, so I guess the market has been warned.
Economy of scale with the PDN Langer Heinrich mine and plant adjoining DYL Namibia site makes at lot of sense.
