From Lynas POV stability in Malaysian political system would definitely be positive, stability with DAP removed from any position of power would be better, same probably goes for Anwar.
Prospective PM/Govt looks rather like the Old Guard, who knows what trade offs have taken place among potential coalition parties, but with Mahathir's party at the crux reasonable assumption policy won't change all that much.
Clearly DAP overplayed their hand with politics of self interest, very much incl harassment of Lynas, so the further they are from Govt the better.
Should this prospective Govt perform reasonably well up to the next election they'd probably have a good chance of recapturing a lot of the BN voters that were lost at the last.
All Lynas wants is some stability, to get on with the business.
