The licence conditions are all based on fake science given credence by Yeo for her own deluded political motives. It won’t take long for a new administration whose top priority is economic prosperity to rip them up.
so... if that transpires... would LYC press ahead with Kalgoorlie as an additional C&L if they are permitted to keep Kuantan C&L running? Maybe Lynas could save themselves that Capex, Maybe they don’t have to bother with the stupid PDF either and maybe they get the deposit back and maybe they can sell Condisoil fertiliser and/or road base byproducts and maybe the Chinese supply chain is a bit unreliable right now and everybody needs to pay a premium to secure REs from the only outfit outside China producing any and maybe LYC goes to $5 or maybe it goes to 10?
