this guy is hypothetical,,,,, history has shown the Speaker can/will/has disallow the motion
He can even disallow the first call of 'no confidence'. . the previous Speakers showed blatant disregard to the protocols and even asked for a 'gold' toilet bowl & deservedly so. LYC - one day - you too would need to equipped with such offerings to appease the little/big napoleons.
The current speaker seem like a responsible bloke... but even a responsible bloke has to 'thrive'.
Step-3: If the Opposition loses the motion, it will try again, and again. Obviously this might cause a great deal of disruption.
