The problem with a situation like this is there may very well be no change at Lynas in regards to its operational status, however SH often want clarity over a situation they see developing so they can make investment decisions and so its hard to know what is a reasonable expectation from either side at a time like this? Resources spent updating SH vs getting on with the job. Its a real balancing act. GT
