It is simple almost all their electric is hydro electric and totally clean Iceland is the same but Hydro and geo thermal. Norway has many plants so they do not need an extensive grid. Norway has 5.5M people with 2.8 M cars registered. I do not think Norway or ice land are good countries to use to predict future spread. Do you?
