If Fuziah and Tack are not happy with this deal then it suggests there is more to this.
Fuziah is on record as saying that she doesn't want Lynas to close down, but she wanted the waste removed.
I am still thinking that existing waste will go to PDF and only new imported concentrate will be effected by the need to C & L in Australia.
Provided a reasonable time frame to implement is given this is a good outcome in my opinion.
Once again, I will wait for clarification.
This article gives me the vibe that the deal is not so bad. So happy to see Fuziah and Tack being portrayed as having lost.
