I think JOGMEC will fund creacking and leaching in WA.
Lynas will progressively move all their operations back to WA, wearing moderately higher costs to avoid toxic and irrational hostility and sovereign risk from Malaysia. I think the best Lynas employees will be offered relocation and with them will go all prospect of downstream industries or value add in Malaysia.
Kuantan will be left a mountain of WLP and NUF, faded dreams and a recipe for a perfectly good soil conditioner.
