I am presently in Canada, British Columbia. In all states / provinces the use of marijuana is illegal (except for medical purposes). However, fines and legal problems are being lessened as I write. Recently I was in Oregon and Washington STates where recreational use of Marijuana is now legal. In fact , although there are plenty of Cannabis shops around to buy ;"gear" of all types, the edibles are only for medical use...but that is changing shortly. You can grow 4 plants in your yard in Oregon, and if you have medical certificate you can add another 8 plants. So they are saving a lot of money in police wages for men chasing weed smokers, processing them, putting them up for the night, taking them to trial etc etc. What a waste we have in Australia of tax payer's money....by not letting the people be responsible users of this natural product.
