USC started recruiting on 1 May.
That journal was received on 28 May. Exactly 4 wks. I would assume on 28 May, they had enrolled >20 patients already.
But from 28 May to 15 July (about 6 weeks), they only recruited additional 10 patients (maximum) according to Michael's reflection, looks like there is a 10% (of total target) cap for each site either due to diversity or limitation of equipment available on each site or the enrollment is totally depending on the capacity of individual site.
