Of course she is going to convert her options....... what do you expect, they are in the money, well and truly. If she has to flog a few to help pay for them, well so be it, if not...... good on her for saving enough cash out of her fifteen years of mediocre wages. Why people are concerned and are making up things to say, is beyond me.
