The shares don't get put on your HIN straight away...takes 7-10 business days...I'm sure when they have been issued, the required Notice will be lodged

ASX rules require Appendix 3Y to be lodged within 5 business days of transactions.

For 2m options exercised at 15c last Thursday MM will need to lodge 3Y by this Thursday. But assume will likely lodge tomorrow - and include all recent option exercises (totalling $840,000).

Not sure about your 7-10 business days. In any case, for 3Ys it is the date of transaction that is the reference date - and would expect would be on MM's HIN well inside 7-10 business days.
