If you think it is a good idea to profiteer from a pandemic then you are both a moron and immoral. If you knew the slightest thing about IP laws you would know that governments have the right to take any IP they need in a national emergency - see Article 31 of the TRIPS agreement [1]. If BIT had IP that would help, China would be totally justified in just taking it. All BIT would accomplish by trying to make money out of this pandemic would be to make an enemy of the Chinese government.
Of course all of this is irrelevant to BIT as MM has made clear they don’t have anything that is useful right now, but it is highly relevant to Gilead. Luckily for their shareholders they are not run by someone as stupid as you.
