    "How will QE3 fix the problems when QE1 & QE2 did nothing but prop up the market?"

    - It buys the world economy TIME.

    - TIME to figure out ways to get people employed, TIME to just figure out the solution to all its problems.

    - Besides, QE3 will be 3rd time lucky...LOL
