They definitely could be very busy overseas securing the funds & progressing several deals to a secure close - as well as getting everything up to scratch ready for overall company progression. Amazing changes may be in the works as we speak.

A lot of documentation to go through and be signed - if deals are being worked on right now. Very helpful to have an experienced lawyer on your team as the director, to analyse all documentation and all contracts in regards to numerous funds and deals that are pending.


Very plausible theory IMO - A more positive scenario that still is 50-70% likely at this point in time.


Management and people of importance may all be overseas getting it all done. The remainder of staff may have an obligation to keep their lips sealed to all investors during this time - because something bigger may be at work right now... something great that will effect the stock price drastically?

If they inform us investors of any amazing scenario that may be in the works as we speak, it could be considered inside trading? Something big may come out of this... tomorrow, or in another week or two.
