I will respectfully say that that is codswallop and if anyone would like to they should just contact the company and Peter will talk to them directly, he told me that he just expects it before years end. I asked him about September and he told me that he wasn't holding his breath as its the FDA but is very confident with what ACL and Reddy's has filed.

So it could happen at anytime, on so many front ABN has got things wrong and I doubt they have many clients approved for the GIVE program. I get their reports all the time and talk with a few analysts as well. They simply talk to the company to get their analysis.
