Sorry to burst your bubble but FMS is currently valued at around 4 times that of POL. The share price is irrelevant, FMS has almost 10times as much issued capital (shares and options)than POL.
POL market cap about $55mill
FMS around $200mill+
Seems odd doesn't it?
